GigaStar Debuts Its Investing and Trading Ecosystem for the Creator Economy, Rings NASDAQ Bell

GigaStar provides a marketplace for securitized Creator revenue, where investors can buy and now trade these securities through GigaStar Trading, one of the few U.S. platforms operating an SEC-registered digital asset securities ATS.

CHICAGO, Sept. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- GigaStar, the startup bringing Creators and Investors together, announced the launch of GigaStar Securities LLC dba GigaStar Trading, its affiliate broker-dealer platform with a digital Alternative Trading System (ATS) designed to support secondary market trading of Creator Economy digital securities initially purchased on GigaStar Market, its primary investment platform.

The launch of GigaStar Trading coincides with GigaStar team members ringing the opening NASDAQ Bell in New York City on August 31st, in recognition of the company's 2025 Chicago Innovation Award win.

Previously, Investors could only purchase Creator securities through GigaStar Market, the company's SEC-registered crowdfunding portal, via Regulation CF offerings. With the launch of GigaStar Trading, Investors now have expanded access to buy or sell Creator securities on a regulated secondary market.

While two distinct platforms, GigaStar Market and GigaStar Trading form a connected ecosystem where Investors can access, manage, and trade digital securities representing rights to a percentage of potential future Creator revenue, starting with YouTube revenue.
