Join Gabrielle Kurlander, President and CEO, All Stars Project, in honoring the tremendous contributions of executives from nationally known companies including EY, MetLife, Hunt Consolidated, PWC and Washington College, to the All Stars Project's development of inner-city youth.

Special Guest Speakers Include:

In a segment highlighting the need for new approaches to addressing police-community relations, special guest speakers include Ron Davis, Director, COPS Office, Department of Justice and George Gascon, District Attorney, City of San Francisco.  Sheila Bair, President of Washington College, who is being honored, will also be making special remarks.

Domingo Harraiz, Director of Programs, International Association of Chiefs of Police, who will present the 2015 IACP and Cisco Community Policing Award to the All Stars Project and the New York City Police Department for their partnership program, Operation Conversation: Cops & Kids.

WHY?      

450 guests – including young people from the program – are expected at this year's black tie affair that will raise $2 million in private funding for inner-city youth in six cities.  All Stars brings inner-city youth together with business and cultural leaders, academics, police officers and other caring adults, to create new kinds of relationships where everyone grows.  These partnerships for growth are what define the field of Afterschool Development and what America needs to move forward. All Stars' innovative approach to afterschool has been championed and shaped by thousands of individual donors and hundreds of corporate partners, whose commitment has helped the All Stars Project achieve record success.

WHAT is the All Stars Project?

The ASP is a privately funded national nonprofit organization founded in 1981 whose mission is to transform the lives of youth and poor communities using the developmental power of performance, in partnership with caring adults.  

Led by President and CEO Gabrielle Kurlander, the ASP involves over 10,000 young people every year in its afterschool programs in six cities across the country.
