(Nasdaq: PDEX) announced today that a report issued on January 3^rd by Glass Lewis & Co., a leading independent proxy advisory firm serving institutional investors globally, recommends that shareholders continue to support incumbent management and the board of Pro-Dex, and vote for all of the Company's board nominees on the BLUE PROXY CARD at the upcoming Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on January 17, 2013.
