The company announced that is has opened its new marketing and operations office at 14 Penn Plaza in Manhattan.
More than doubling the size of its existing office, GLC has also added another legal market representative to the Metropolitan NYC market team. GLC has worked out of 14 Penn Plaza for the past 5 years and in signing a new ten year lease has demonstrated a commitment to the market and to the relationship with their landlord.
