Designed by famed architects Carrere & Hastings, Glenmere was originally fashioned as a 35-room Tuscan villa with a central open cortile and majestic interior details including marbled column porticos and sweeping interior and exterior staircases.  A painstaking restoration now returns Glenmere to its original magnificence.  

Glenmere's accommodations include deluxe and superior bedrooms, junior suites, and five incomparable premium suites.  No two are alike, all are unforgettable.  One-of-kind furnishings, sumptuous beds, and fine antiques combine with spectacular art from a private collection to create eclectic environments for relaxation and pleasure.  Most rooms have working fireplaces, and many offer terraces with open views of Glenmere's grounds, gardens and the lake and hills beyond.

Among the premier accommodations at Glenmere is The Penthouse.
