MIAMI, March 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) Alliance, an independently owned and operated commercial real estate services company within CBC Global network, announced today the strategic hiring of Glenn H. Gregory as an Executive Managing Director of CBC Alliance's Miami office.

In his new role, Gregory will focus on evaluating, developing, and executing real estate strategies for owners, investors, and occupiers of office space. Additionally, he will co-chair the CBC Alliance Office Practice Group and be a member of the local Advisory Board for the Miami office. Gregory will work closely with senior leadership to establish the firm's local corporate infrastructure and grow CBC Alliance's presence in the South Florida region.

Prior to joining CBC Alliance, Gregory was an Executive Vice President at the Miami office of Jones Lang LaSalle, now JLL, where he specialized in tenant representation and agency leasing. He also co-chaired the Miami Office Leadership Team and was a member of the company's national law-firm practice group. During his tenure at JLL, he was recognized as a top producer in 2011, 2012, and 2013.

Key tenant representation transactions that he has worked on in the past 24-months included, but were not limited to HSBC Bank USA, Deutsche Bank, Barclays PLC, and Credit Agricole Private Bank Miami.
