Glenn Stewart Entrepreneur and Businessman Announces Entertainment Development Fund

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Glenn Stewart, a banking expert with years of experience in Middle East finance, funds an aggressive development stream in the fields of theatre, internet and film. Glenn Stewart plans to fund projects along with other investors that are independent in spirit and follow simple business practices of low overhead and quality control. The marquis title, The City Club, is a wholly owned and independent theatre project to be directed by Mitchell Maxwell. Glenn Stewart who has been working on the off-Broadway show confirms they will be ready to stage in March 2012 in New York City and are in the casting phase. "The right model for theatre projects is to focus on story and talent, not staged hype and marquee names. I am a theatre lover and I want to see a show that is well written, well directed and well acted. I don't care if the actors have 'star' credits. I just want to know they can do the job" says Glenn Stewart.

The City Club is becoming the new matrix for how to get theater projects up and running with a financially successful model. By hinging the marketing of the project on the storyline and a talented cast and using his decades of experience in Middle East banking, Glenn Stewart has created a 360 project with theatre, internet, film and music components.

In addition to The City Club, Glenn Stewart will bring a well know European concept to life as a Game Show for families in the United States and other foreign market, and is in development on two bio-pic film projects. The first exposes truths about the unethical Mideast financial fraud and government practices, the second a true life story of a famed athlete. Both projects are out to top talent.
