Glenn Stewart Vindicated as Case Brought by AHAB is Dismissed by the Court
LOS ANGELES, Oct. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Kalbian Hagerty LLP announced today that the unsubstantiated 9 billion dollar civil case against US Citizen and entrepreneur Glenn Stewart has been dismissed.
The large Saudi based merchant family enterprise agreed to dismiss a $9 billion civil case it had filed in federal court in Los Angeles, Glenn Stewart, a California resident and former chief executive of The International Banking Corporation (TIBC) in Bahrain. The Al Gosaibi family of Saudi Arabia and the family's partnership, Ahmad Hamad Al Gosaibi and Brothers (AHAB) have agreed Glenn Stewart will not pay any money to AHAB. Thereby, admitting the case was unsubstantiated and that Glenn Stewart is free from any allegations made against him.
