Global Arena Holding Inc. Launches Company Website

NEW YORK, Nov. 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Arena Holding Inc.(OTC BB: GAHC), a financial holding company with ownership or significant investments in four operating subsidiaries, today is pleased to announce the launch of the Company website with background information about each of its subsidiaries and its management and Board of Directors.  The new website's URL is www.globalarenaholding.com.

The Company also announced the appointment of two new members of its Board.  Facundo Bacardi is a member of the family that owns and controls Bacardi Ltd., a worldwide liquor manufacturer and distributor.  Mr. Bacardi is a founding shareholder of JSM Capital Holding Corp., a significant shareholder in Global Arena.  Also, Martin J. Doane, a noted attorney, and founding partner and CEO of Ubequity Capital, has joined the Company's Board.  Mr. Doane has two decades of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, financial services and venture capital and grew Silverback Media PLC in three years from an idea to a multi-national mobile relations group with $25 million in revenues.
