All of the shares in the offering were offered by GBT. GBT estimates net proceeds from the offering to be approximately $112.3 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Cowen and Company, LLC and Wedbush PacGrow acted as co-managers.
