The expansion allows Perseus to supply low latency point-to-point and multipoint Ethernet services as well as global market data distribution in all of the world's key emerging markets and financial liquidity centers.

Before working with Plexxi, Perseus had built a traditional network to transport applications across the globe for its managed services customers but traditional approaches did not scale to meet their business model and goals. Perseus was looking to improve the network's geographic scale, simplicity, agility and service offering capabilities.
