OLDSMAR, Fla., Sept. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Convergence, Inc. (GCI) a US-based company offering customers seamless, worldwide professional and managed services support and logistics for IP communications products and technologies, today announced that Jim Bradshaw has assumed the role as Chairman of the Board; Bradshaw also retains his role as Chief Executive Officer as former Chairman, Marty Poad steps down to spend more time with his family.  

In his new position, Bradshaw is responsible for the strategic direction of the company across its existing business units to support aggressive growth initiatives.
