Global Express Financial Services Partners with Southern Management to Offer New Rent Payment Channels

("Global Express"), a TIO Networks company, has partnered with Southern Management, the largest privately owned property management company in the Mid-Atlantic, to provide new rent payment services that include cash, e-check, debit and credit card payments.

Global Express is making a positive impact on residential life in communities across the Mid-Atlantic as demand for their integrated payment systems increases. The company's innovative payment processing technology is already being utilized by the Housing Authority Management Offices of Washington, D.C., Richmond, VA, Durham, N.C. and Charlotte, N.C.

Southern Management, the latest partnership to be announced by Global Express, introduced expanded payment services to residents of its 75 properties and 25,000 rental units on April 23, 2014. Global Express will manage the company's rent payment processing, giving residents access to convenient walk-in payments at 416 retail locations as well as online, mobile and text payments.
