Global Pole Trusion Group Corp (formerly Novacab International, Inc.) announces acquisition as well as name and symbol change

NORTH RANDALL, OH, July 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ - Novacab International Inc (NVOB  PinkSheets)  announces that, following the approval of FINRA, the corporate name has been changed to from Novacab International, Inc to Global Pole Trusion Group Corp with trading symbol GPGC.

The Company adds that there is no modification to its share structure and no reverse split was requested.

The Company developed  technology which provides for the design and manufacture of composite electrical distribution poles, telecommunication poles, solar/wind technology poles and self supported towers. This is an innovated solution having a superior value while replacing wood and steel products.

Poletrusion Canada is the engineering division which creates the latest state of the art products based on the needs of its clients. Its expertise and equipment allows for the manufacturing of all machinery, tooling and equipment in the United States.

Poletrusion Marketing Group acts as the marketing representative of its products.
