Global Wholesale Telecom Services to Offer Pervasip's Video Phone Service

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., May 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Pervasip Corp. (OTCQB: PVSP), a provider of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone services, today announced that Global Wholesale Telecom Services (GWTS) and its affiliated company, 1 Source Energy Solutions (1 Source), has partnered with Pervasip to market Pervasip's video phone services.  GWTS and 1 Source market telecom and energy expense reduction services to more than five million residential consumers and businesses.
