Gloria Jean's Coffees Treats Guests to New Look Coffee House

SYDNEY, May 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Lovers of Gloria Jean's Coffees will be in for a treat when they visit the new look coffee house in Chicago Ridge. Gloria Jean's Coffees launches on Monday, 14th of May in Chicago Ridge revealing their new Coffee House of the Future vision.

This is the first coffee house in the United States to incorporate the Coffee House of the Future vision, the biggest and most significant change to the brand in the company's history.

Gloria Jean's Coffees International Executive Chairman, Nabi Saleh will mark its official opening on Monday by cutting the ribbon, in front of Chicago Ridge Mayor, Eugene Siegel, and esteemed guests.

Neil Gill, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Gloria Jean's Coffees USA said guests will love the new coffee house, which features an experiential whole bean coffee area, a customised merchandise gift range, and a newly designed barista espresso bar.

Guests will be able to view demonstrations by expert purveyors at the whole bean coffee table, showcasing Gloria Jean's Coffees' extensive range of whole bean coffees. Purveyors will also educate guests on coffee origins, provide unique coffee tastings and highlight various coffee brewing methods. The introduction of a merchandise and gifting area will also allow guests to create custom-made gifts. The newly designed coffee house also features a specially designed barista espresso bar with seating. The design allows visibility of the theatre that occurs when baristas are extracting the perfect shots of espresso coffee.

New team roles, with specialized Maitre'd, Baristas and Purveyors, provide knowledge and expertise at every touch point of the coffee house.
