Mr. DiMaio has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry and most recently worked at GMAC Mortgage in Fort Washington, PA where he was the Regional Vice President of Retail Sales. While at GMAC, Mr. DiMaio managed a team of 8 area managers and 75 loan officers that were part of a nationally-ranked top 5 retail mortgage sales business. During Mr. DiMaio's tenure at GMAC, he increased the active pipeline and fundings by 300% year-over-year while implementing numerous sales and growth strategies for both real estate owned and retail purchase models. Prior to that, Mr. DiMaio worked at American Home Bank where he was Division President, and Wells Fargo, where his continued successes elevated him from receiving the "Rookie of The Year" award in 2001, and #1 Regional Manager on the $30 Billion Builder Team.
