NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa., May 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- GMH Mortgage Services LLC, a nationally-recognized Mortgage Banker, headquartered in Newtown Square, PA, is pleased to announce the addition of Scott Medrow as Senior Vice President of its National Mortgage Center and Specialty Products Division.  GMH's Mortgage Center, which does business under the name "Credence Mortgage", has been a thriving segment of the business since 2010, with double-digit same store revenue growth from 2011 to 2012.

Mr. Medrow has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry and most recently worked at GMAC Mortgage in Fort Washington, PA where he was Senior Vice President and Chief Administration Officer. While at GMAC, Mr. Medrow was responsible for the growth, profitability and market expansion of their national retail sales program. During Mr. Medrow's tenure at GMAC, he was instrumental in organically building the retail sales division from 0 to more than 150 loan officers and drove over $1 billion in sales in 2012. Prior to that, Mr. Medrow spent 15 years with Chase Home Finance (JP Morgan Chase) in several management and origination positions.
