Cavise Jr., Esq. will join its Board. In December of 2014, the board decided to expand the number of directors to include a fifth member. After interviewing several qualified candidates over the past month, the board unanimously agreed to elect Mr. Cavise as its fifth member on January 13, 2015.
Mr. Cavise graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Sciences and a dual concentration in Engineering and French. He later attended Fairleigh Dickinson University and earned a Masters of Business Administration with a dual concentration in Management and Operations Research. Mr. Cavise also received a Juris Doctor with a dual concentration in Corporate and Estate Law from Rutgers University. Mr. Cavise showed his entrepreneurial nature early on in his career when he founded the Computer Law Corporation in 1980, which he later sold in 1987. He then held senior level positions at Goldman, Sachs & Co., UBS Financial Services and the AIG Advisor Group. Mr. Cavise brings a wealth of experience with early stage companies and will help Go Green with its financial and legal requirements as a publicly traded company.
