(BM&FBovespa: GOLL4 and NYSE: GOL) (S&P/Fitch:B+/B+, Moody's: B1), the largest low-fare, low-cost airline in Latin America, announces that Ricardo Khauaja, the Vice President of Customers and Market, is leaving the Company. GOL thanks him for his competence and professional conduct during his tenure at the company.
Consequently, the organizational structure now has two Vice President positions, instead of three. They are the Technical-Operational Vice President, Commander Adalberto Bogsan, and the Vice President of Finance and Strategy, Leonardo Pereira. Sales and Marketing departments are to report directly to the President, Constantino de Oliveira Jr. Moreover, in line with its initiatives to adapt itself to the new operating capacity and the current macroeconomic environment, the Company announces the elimination of four directors and twenty-six middle and senior management positions.
