PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Sept. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- GOLDEN AGE RESOURCES, INC., (OTC PINK: GDAR) Golden Age Resources, one of the leading acquisition and development companies, announced today that the current acquisition of two different media companies is progressing as desired. All parties involved have proceeded through most of the due-diligence processes, which will soon result in a definitive merger agreement. The completion of the merger agreement should be announced by September 30th, 2015.
