Dwyer has served as Creative Director for two years at Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty, during which he guided the rebranding and growth of the brokerage.  Dwyer has initiated and overseen some of the most successful marketing operations within the Sotheby's International Realty network–direction that has pushed the brokerage to the forefront of brand marketing, property advertising and technology. Notable brand achievements include the launch of its signature lifestyle publication, GATEWAY Magazine, the brand's global launch in China at the Asia Awards of Excellence, and real estate's first agent film premiere, for which the brokerage was nominated "Most Innovative Marketing Program" at the Inman Innovators Awards 2017.  Dwyer will continue focusing his proven talents on the continued commitment to serve the needs and interests of real estate buyers and sellers, as well as marketing and brand services for the brokerage's talented agents.
