Most of the recent work was centered on preparing the site where the workshop and warehouse will be constructed and a number of access roads that link the workshop and warehouse to other parts of the property as shown in Photograph 1.

It is expected that all of the first phase earthmoving projects will be completed by December 31.
Work is also continuing with detailed engineering for construction of the facilities for the Project. The civil and mechanical designs for the site water distribution system have been completed and quotations are being sought for the water storage tanks, pumps, valves and the electrical equipment. The Company has received design details and quotations for a guard shack and a fuel storage facility and expects to place orders by mid-December with delivery and construction expected to be completed in February 2014.
The Company is committed to the community of Mojave and is a longtime supporter of charitable, business and economic development activities in the region. The Company maintains memberships and involvement in multiple organizations including revitalization efforts focused on the town of Mojave.

Chamber members expressed their enthusiasm at the continued progress and look forward to the next phase of development as the project activities represent a tremendous boost to the local economy.
