Goold to provide Pharmacy Benefit Management solution for the sixth largest Medicaid state
NASHVILLE, Tenn., Oct. 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Goold Health Systems, an Emdeon company and nationally recognized health care management company focusing on Medicaid services, was recently selected as Ohio's Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) to provide the Ohio Department of Medicaid with robust pharmacy claims adjudication, prior authorizations, rebate management, preferred drug list and related clinical pharmacy services. The contract is for a multi-year project with an initial term through June 30, 2017, and three additional two-year optional renewals.
