Got an early morning? Need to drop Fido before 7 am? Olde Towne Pet Resort Now Opens Half-Hour Earlier!
Northern Virginia Pet Resort Better Caters to Early Commuting Pet Parents by Opening Facility Earlier on Weekdays
SPRINGFIELD, Va., July 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Premier pet boarding service Olde Towne Pet Resort (OTPR) announces the doors to both their Springfield and Dulles, Virginia locations are now open starting at 6:30 am weekdays Monday - Friday; that's a half-hour earlier than its previous opening times. The earlier opening times officially took effect starting Monday, April 30, 2012.
"For quite some time, we noticed some of our customers routinely arriving to our location at least 15-20 minutes before our previous 7 am opening," shares OTPR Springfield General Manager Dixie Eng. "While we weren't officially opening our pet resort until 7 am, I would regularly allow early-bird customers and their pets to enter before 7 am as a kind courtesy."
Now with the official change in its weekday hours, the General Managers at both Dulles and Springfield locations can open their doors thirty-minutes earlier, allowing for added convenience to pet parents needing to get their days started sooner. "I am so pleased with this new hours-of-operation change," shares Eng. "I'm very familiar with the heavy congestion and challenging commutes of the Northern Virginia area and know that every minute counts during busy week mornings when area roads tend to be bumper-to-bumper. I know our early morning customers will really appreciate knowing they can drop their dogs to day camp or for dog boarding earlier, if needed."
"Our new opening time of 6:30 am also benefits our Dulles pet boarding and day camp customers," shares Ellen Haynes, General Manager for OTPR Dulles. "Because of our close proximity to Dulles International Airport, 6:30 am caters nicely to traveling pet parents as well as to the many Loudoun and Western Fairfax-based professionals who commute early into the city regularly."
