Gourmet Café Toastique to Open First Raleigh Location on Oct. 18 at The Exchange

RALEIGH, N.C., Oct. 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Toastique, the vibrant gourmet toast, juice and coffee bar conceptualized in Washington D.C., announces the upcoming opening of its very first store in Raleigh on Saturday, Oct. 18. Located at The Exchange, a vibrant-mixed use community, Toastique will mark its debut with a week of festivities and giveaways. To kick off opening day (8am-5pm), the first 100 guests in line will receive $50 in Toastique rewards dollars that they can use during future visits (a minimum purchase of $10 is required).

Operated by local residents and best friends, Jessalyn Abril and Kristi Kaltenbach, Toastique Raleigh will feature a health-focused menu that's centered on wholesome, locally sourced ingredients made in-house. They invite guests to stop in and enjoy a nutritious breakfast, lunch, brunch or just a quick snack within a welcoming atmosphere. The all-day cafe will be open from 7am-5pm, seven days a week.

"Our friendship began six years ago when our oldest boys were in kindergarten together, and we've been best friends since so this journey is extra special because we get to do it side by side," said Kaltenbach. "Opening Toastique isn't just about starting a business, it's about sharing something we truly love with our community."
