As for Gracenote, instead of hosting such important interactions in some mundane ballroom or hotel suite, a ballroom in the Cosmopolitan Hotel was transformed into the Gracenote Lounge where guests were immersed in a total brand experience complete with product viewing, a DJ, and a hospitality bar. Each day and every evening, Gracenote's staff welcomed hundreds of guests in a captive environment resulting in a record amount of meetings for CES. Once again, the Gracenote Lounge proves that while renting a room might work for some, creating a branded environment delivers the ultimate guest experience.
With the help of the creative team at Steelhead, the Gracenote lounge gave exhibit attendees a chance to catch a little respite from the walking and sensory overload the show is known for. It was a comfortable space to kick back and see what the company had to offer.
Multiple product demonstration areas were formed within Gracenote's exhibit lounge, along with plenty of places to sit, check email and catch a breath. HD Flat screens surrounded the lounge featuring Gracenote's content recognition, studio systems, entertainment, video discovery and automotive solutions.
