Graduation Alliance expands national footprint through strategic acquisition of EdisonLearning's school partnerships

SALT LAKE CITY, July 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Graduation Alliance has acquired the management rights of EdisonLearning's school partnerships — an online education solutions provider — to expand access to flexible, nontraditional pathways to high school graduation.

EdisonLearning delivers comprehensive educational content, resources, and support that helps schools engage diverse learners where they are, close opportunity gaps, and promote long-term student success.   As part of the acquisition, seven Florida-based academies supported by EdisonLearning will now be supported as part of Achieve Learning — a newly established branch of Graduation Alliance that also includes access points in Ohio and Michigan.
