BELTSVILLE, Md., June 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Grady Management, Inc., a full-service residential and commercial real estate management/consulting firm, is to host a grand opening and ribbon cutting event for their newest luxury apartment building in Hyattsville, MD, 3350 at Alterra. The grand opening event will be held at the community on Saturday, June 14^th, from 1-4 pm and is open to all Hyattsville community members and media.

Prince George's County Executive, Rushern Baker, is to attend the event at 1 pm for a presentation and ribbon cutting.
