Grand Opening Celebration of Motto Mortgage Exclusive

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., Nov. 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Motto Mortgage, an innovative mortgage brokerage franchise focused on transparency and compliance, has a new office in Florida. Motto Mortgage Exclusive will hold a grand opening celebration in Orange City, Florida on Thursday, Nov. 15, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 235 W. French Ave. The event will include a free barbeque dinner, mortgage education and an office meet-and-greet. The celebration is co-hosted by RE/MAX Core Collection.

All homebuyers who attend the grand opening celebration and acquire a home loan through Motto Mortgage Exclusive within six months, will receive a special rebate on appraisal fees at closing.

Founded in 2018 by Cherie Price, an entrepreneur and RE/MAX Core Collection broker owner with more than 30 years of experience in real estate, Motto Mortgage Exclusive is a customer-first, full-service mortgage brokerage. Ann Marie Amalfitano, an accomplished local mortgage broker with 16 years of experience, serves as principal loan originator and office manager.

"With our unique business model, Motto Mortgage Exclusive provides a distinctive one-stop shopping experience for homebuyers," said Price. "We provide the scope, scale and support of a large retail lender, while offering the competitive mortgage products, and exceptional customer service of a local mortgage broker."

Loan originators in the Motto Mortgage network have access to competitive loan options from various wholesale lenders and work hard to give homebuyers options — because no loan is one-size-fits-all. A loan originator with Motto Mortgage Exclusive can be reached at 386-960-0688.

Each Motto Mortgage franchise is independently owned, operated and licensed.
