Granite Peak Partners Announces: Grand Opening Of Dakota Ridge Residential Community In Williston Basin, North Dakota

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Nov. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Granite Peak Partners (GPP) announces the grand opening of Dakota Ridge Apartments, adjacent to Williston, ND., at the epicenter of the Bakken oil boom. GPP pro-actively acquired land in 2012 in anticipation of a massive demand. GPP is one of the initial developers seizing the opportunity and spearheading the entitlement processes of multi-family residential building in the Bakken. As of September, 2014 the Bureau of Labor Statistics ranks North Dakota, at 2.8%, as the lowest unemployment in the country.

The 300 unit community features thoughtfully designed and beautifully appointed two and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 931 to 1,202 square feet.
