("Intelimax" or the "Company") (OTCQB:IXMD) is pleased to announce that it has granted incentive stock options to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company to purchase up to 1,000,000 common shares of the Company pursuant to a shareholder approved Share Option Plan. The options are exercisable on or before July 5, 2017 at an exercise price of $0.23 per share.
