Astellas ranked among the Top 20 best workplaces across all industries based on surveys from more than 81,000 employees at Great Place to Work® Certified™ organizations in the Chicago area. The survey results show that our employees enjoy a supportive work environment that fosters open communication, trust in leadership and making an impact in the community around us.
