(Pink Sheets: GRBG) is pleased to announce that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Brightside Products LLC, has launched its new eco-friendly Green Beast™ product line. Brightside Products, LLC will target the industrial and institutional cleaning products market through its new Green Beast™ product line, which is estimated to grow to $10 Billion in the United States by 2012, according to Report Buyer.

The Green Beast™ product line contains cell-free proteins that enhance nature as it remediates what it is cleaning. The products are made in the United States and are able to break everything down into a natural eco-friendly state. The Green Beast™ product line includes its All-Purpose Cleaner, Carpet/Deodorizer, Glass Cleaner, Cleaner/Degreaser, Hard Surface Cleaner, Odor Eliminator/Air Freshener, Parts Wash, Vehicle Wash, and Grease Trap Cleaner. The GreenBeast™ products enable Brightside to produce a "green" product line specifically designed for the industrial and institutional cleaning market.
