Green Cures & Botanical Distribution Inc announces the formation of its Product Research & Development Advisory Committee, discusses plans for additional products and results of Cannabis Business and Education EXPO, provides corporate update

WINNETKA, Calif., June 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Green Cures & Botanical Distribution Inc (OTC Pink: GRCU) ("Green Cures") announced today that it has formed a Product Research & Development Advisory Committee, which will assist the company in the research and development of additional the products to be introduced to the public under different brand names, discussed plans for additional products and brands, highlighted the recent Marijuana Business and Education EXPO, and provided a corporate update.

Effective today, the new Product Research & Development Advisory Committee will begin assisting Green Cures in the explanation and presentation to the public of potential benefits of certain of its upcoming products. The Advisory Committee will also assist Green Cures in the sourcing and selecting of additional high quality raw materials available in the market today, which Green Cures will use in the development of additional products to be introduced to the public in the near future.

Green Cures' Advisory Committee is being headed by Dr. Gerry Bedore, who was a co-founder of Socrates Distance Learning Technology Group. He is recognized for developing many of the most successful online higher education programs in the world today. As a Horticulturist for the State of Georgia, Dr. Bedore was recognized for his expertise in entomology and pathology in the care of plant life. Dr. Bedore has authored one book, co-authored two others, and has served as a research chair and committee member for over 200 studies in education, psychology, and business disciplines.  Green Cures management anticipates bringing on additional members of the Advisory Committee in the near future to provide additional expertise, background, and business experience in the markets in which Green Cures operates.

Management of Green Cures is also pleased to announce that it plans to introduce, both under its own brands and labels currently under exclusive licensing, a minimum of 30 potential nutritional and medicinal cannabis derived products by the end of 4^th quarter of 2014.  In connection with the introduction of these new products, Management plans to continue to focus on branding, marketing, offering higher quality products than the competitors with more accessible pricing, and growing distribution channels. Green Cures Management will provide additional updates of its business strategies and progress as material events become available.

Finally, Green Cures announced that during the International Cannabis Association's recent Cannabis Business and Education EXPO in Las Vegas, Nevada, Green Cures was honored with the opportunity of presenting some of its current cannabis derived products to numerous cannabis industry advocates and lawmakers.
