Green Relief Expo April 14-16 Now Scheduling Doctors' Appointments for Patients Seeking Recommendations for Medical Marijuana Cards
PHOENIX, March 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Patients seeking a physician recommendation for medical marijuana can now schedule an appointment and be seen by a doctor while attending the Green Relief Medical Marijuana Convention and Expo (www.GreenReliefExpo.com) at the Renaissance Hotel in Glendale, April 14-16, 2011. Physicians will provide confidential examinations and evaluations for a $200 fee that includes entry to the event for that day.
Green Relief Expo is Arizona's first and only medical convention focused on educating business owners, patients, doctors, dispensary applicants and caregivers. The doctors at Medical Marijuana Certifications will conduct all patient evaluations for the event.
"AzDHS final guidelines are set to be released at the end of this month and the Green Relief Expo will provide the largest opportunity for patients to receive a medical marijuana recommendation," said Lisa Wolfe, co-founder for Green Relief Expo.
Appointments will be scheduled from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 14; from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, April 15, and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 16.
"Additionally, physicians will review medical records and determine if patients qualify under the new guidelines. We want to make it affordable and convenient for patients seeking help for their debilitating medical conditions," said Wolfe.
