
GreenPoint Global Names Jamie Finkle as Director of Legal Services, Mid Atlantic
NEW YORK, Sept. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- GreenPoint Global announced the appointment of Jamie Finkle to the role of Director of Legal Services, Mid Atlantic. He will be working with existing clients on new business and developing new relationships for GreenPoint's Legal Services offerings.
Jamie is an accomplished attorney with practical experience in several fields, including but not limited to; labor law, corporate transactional law, finance law and insurance law. Additionally, Jamie is also a seasoned entrepreneur, having built companies in the trucking and warehouse industries. He is also a gubernatorial appointee to the board of the NJ Transit Corporation, the committee responsible for setting policy and agendas for future growth. Jamie's most significant career highlights include: negotiating one of the only collective bargaining agreements with the Teamster's Union whereby employees contribute money for benefits; facilitating the development of multiple NJ Transit owned sites for private development; establishing one of the few public/private partnerships in New Jersey; and creating a system for dispatch whereby human error is removed from the system in order to ascertain and maintain maximum efficiency while ensuring compliance with multiple agencies.
