Greenway Design Group Announces Installation For Major Retailer in Mexico

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif., June 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Greenway Design Group, Inc. (GDGI.PK) today confirmed that its ESA dealer in Mexico has received confirmation to install a Cool-n-Save system for the Soriana City Club in Ramos Arizpe. According to the dealer, Soriana wishes to evaluate the Cool-n-Save system at this location as a precursor to purchasing additional systems for its network of 500 retail outlets.   

Soriana is a Mexican public company and Mexico's largest retailer with more than 500 grocery and department stores nationwide. Headquartered in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, Soriana reported 2011 revenues of $7.9 billion (USD).

Lefrancois points out that mineral content in the water at Ramos Arizpe is high. "But we're ready for just about any water quality," he says. "We developed our four-stage filtration system to can handle water with very high mineral content, up to 1,000 parts per million in total dissolved solids, and recondition it to well below the threshold where build up is possible. We have proven that Cool-n-Save is capable of producing substantial energy savings without causing any mineral build up on HVAC condensing coils." 

Greenway markets their pre-cool technology under the trademark "Cool-n-Save." Independent studies field studies (in Nevada and Costa Rica) show that Cool-n-Save evaporative pre-cooling systems may produce energy cost savings as high as 30%, with an average savings of about 26% from air conditioning use during peak heat seasons.
