Greenway Partners With INHS to Advance EHR Adoption

CARROLLTON, Ga., Sept. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Greenway Medical Technologies, Inc. and the Physician Services technology division of Inland Northwest Health Services (INHS) today announced an agreement for INHS to provide Greenway's integrated electronic health record (EHR) and practice management solution PrimeSUITE® 2011 to hospital systems and ambulatory practices requiring advanced care coordination and network interoperability.

Established more than a decade ago, INHS currently serves and connects 38 hospitals and more than 4,000 physicians on an integrated health information network. And as one of 17 nationally- designated Beacon communities by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC), the INHS Health Information Exchange (HIE) is integral to the future successes of fully integrated health IT workflows.

With Greenway®, INHS will coordinate licensing, training, implementation, hosting and ongoing support services of PrimeSUITE to hospitals and practices to establish communities of health focused on sustainable patient care and quality reporting initiatives such as meaningful use and accountable care.
