Grey Group Acquires Mobile Experiences Studio ArcTouch
The New Unit Becomes Part of Grey's Brand Experience Group

NEW YORK, Jan. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Grey Group, the global marketing communications company, today announced it has acquired ArcTouch Inc., a leading full-service mobile design and development company in the United States.
In making the announcement, Michael Houston, Chief Executive Officer of Grey North America, said, "We are delighted to welcome ArcTouch to Grey. ArcTouch (arctouch.com) will become a free-standing unit of Grey's Brand Experience Group which also includes Grey Activation and PR, its full-service public relations and activation arm, and Grey Shopper, its shopper marketing arm. ArcTouch, together with Grey San Francisco, brings the agency's total West Coast staff to nearly 150, reporting to Michael Houston.

ArcTouch's gross revenues were $14 million as of December 31, 2015. The company employs 97 people and is headquartered in San Francisco with an office in Florianopolis, Brazil. It was founded in 2008 by Eric N. Shapiro, Chief Executive Officer, and Adam Fingerman, Chief Experience Officer, who will continue to lead the company.
