Grifols and Beckman Coulter Enter into an Exclusive Distribution Agreement
Multi-year agreement advances companies' objectives to provide diagnostics solutions that support and improve patient care
BARCELONA, June 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Grifols (MCE: GRF, MCE: GRF.P andNASDAQ: GRFS), one of the world's leading producers of plasma-derived medicines and a leader in the development of innovative diagnostic solutions, and Beckman Coulter Inc., a leading provider of innovative, efficient and reliable diagnostics solutions, have entered into an exclusive, long-term agreement for the global distribution of Grifols' hemostasis instruments, reagents and consumables.
