GRILLIT® Launches Franchise Signup Page on Corporate Website
MIAMI, August 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --
GRILLiT, Inc. (OTC: GRLT) (the "Company" or "GRILLiT") today announced that it has launched a new page on its corporate website (http://www.grillitinc.com) for parties interested in becoming franchise owners and operators of GRILLiT restaurants.
GRILLiT CEO, Ghazi Hajj, said, "As part of our plan to attract master franchise and multiple franchise owner/operators, we added a new basic section to our website to capture information from anyone interested in being contacted for more information."
The Company's franchise plan has a development master franchise contract plan for at least 58 franchised locations across eight states over the next five years. GRILLiT and its affiliates currently have master franchise agreements in Kentucky, Ohio, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and North Carolina, and are actively seeking franchise operators. The master franchise agreements each have a development schedule that the master franchisee must follow, and they vary from state to state based on population. Typically the agreement calls for minimum stores to be opened within year one with increasing opening commitments beyond year one, depending upon several factors. The initial level of franchise activity is overseen by the existing GRILLiT management team. The Company expects the need to hire one franchise operations supervisor for every 20 stores opened.
Interested potential master franchisees and franchise owner/operators should visit the Company at [email protected] and click the "Franchise Opportunities" link.
