Grimco to Acquire the United States Operations of Proveer Sign and Graphics

TORONTO, May 18, 2012 /CNW/ - Grimco, Inc. (St. Louis, MO) and Proveer Sign & Graphics (Toronto, Ontario) are excited to announce the execution of a definitive agreement for Grimco to acquire the United States operations of Proveer Sign & Graphics. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of this year. This acquisition provides Grimco with the opportunity to enhance its product offering and strengthen its distribution warehouse infrastructure. The Canadian operations of Proveer Sign & Graphics are excluded from the transaction and will remain under the ownership of affiliates of Liberty Lane Partners, LLC and management.
