Groom Law Group Expands its Fiduciary Responsibility Practice: David Kaleda Joins Firm

Mr. Kaleda has an extensive background in the employee benefits and financial services sector.  His broad range of experience includes handling fiduciary matters for a variety of clients including plan sponsors, investment and other fiduciary committees, investment managers/advisors and service providers.  He also has substantial experience representing clients before the Department of Labor (DOL) and Internal Revenue Service (IRS).  Mr. Kaleda is a frequent speaker and author on a range of employee benefits-related topics.  He is also a member of the DOL's Employee Retirement Income Security Act's (ERISA) Advisory Council.  Prior to joining Groom Law Group, Mr. Kaleda was a partner at Alston & Bird LLP and a compliance consultant and attorney at The Vanguard Group, Inc.
