Group 1 Automotive Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend

HOUSTON, May 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Group 1 Automotive, Inc. (NYSE: GPI), a Fortune 500 automotive retailer, today announced that its board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.16 per share for the first quarter of 2013. The dividend, which represents an increase of 6.7 percent, or $0.01 per share, from the fourth quarter of 2012, will be payable on June 17, 2013, to stockholders of record on June 3, 2013.
