Grow Solutions Holdings, Inc. a Wyoming Corporation (the "Company") and its wholly owned subsidiary Pure Roots Holding, Ltd., is pleased to update its shareholder base with what it has been up to in the past month.

With the recent federal legalization of recreational cannabis in Canada, a race to start growing and harvesting quality legal cannabis has begun. The Company has recently been approached by multiple Licensed Producers and Micro Producer license holders, of cannabis in Canada. The Company is currently vetting many offers to enter into purchase agreements, joint ventures, lease agreements, and partnerships with companies who have a keen interest in the high yields of production of the AeroPod product. The Company is enthusiastic about entering into negotiations to build several large modular facilities that will utilize our AeroPod technology.

While the Company has not executed any firm commitments with any of these potential offerors, the Company is doing its due diligence to ensure that only the most logical and complimentary of offers is accepted.

The Company has received the financial data needed from the previous ownership and has begun the task putting all the data together in order to file the required financial and disclosure statements that the OTC Markets needs, in order to bring the Company back to current status. The Company believes that it should have those filings finished and posted with the OTC Markets in about thirty days, as long as there are no unforeseen setbacks.
