Grupo Aeromexico, S.A.B. de C.V. Informs Of Delta Air Lines Inc.'s Intention To Increase Its Equity Stake In The Company

MEXICO CITY, Nov. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Grupo Aeromexico, S.A.B. de C.V. ("Grupo Aeromexico" or "the Company") (BMV: AEROMEX) announces that it has been informed of Delta Air Lines' intention to acquire up to an additional 32 percent of the outstanding capital stock in Grupo Aeromexico through a public tender offer, subject to Mexican and United States regulatory approvals.  Following completion of the tender offer, the total stake of Delta Air Lines in Grupo Aeromexico could increase to up to 49 percent of the Company's outstanding capital stock.

Once the offer is made, Grupo Aeromexico's Board of Directors and its Audit and Corporate Practices Committee will review the proposal, proceeding in line with the applicable regulations and Company's by-laws.
