GSE Worldwide Announces Additions to Its Board and Strategic Growth Milestones

Joining the Board are Ann Rodriguez and Jim Esposito, recognized leaders in their respective fields, who bring invaluable experience and strategic vision to the Company. With its Board now complete, GSE is well-positioned to deliver on its bold strategy of both expanding and leveraging its core strength in talent representation into a fully diversified, best-in-class marketing, management and production company, providing creative and innovative solutions for its clients and delivering unforgettable events.

The Board is comprised of Liad Meidar, Mike Principe, Ted Goldthorpe, Ann Rodriguez, and Jim Esposito. Ann, a seasoned sports executive and strategic business leader, has a strong record of delivering growth and scaling organizations. Her previous positions include Chief Operating Officer of the WNBA and Chief Strategy and People Officer of the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. With over 20 years of experience in the sports industry, she has focused on transforming global sports brands, guiding their growth from inception to maturity. Jim is currently President of Citadel Securities and previously served as co-head of the Global Banking and Markets Division at Goldman Sachs. Jim brings his decades of leadership and management experience in strategic M&A, integration and scaling companies to GSE.

These appointments follow a series of significant growth initiatives since September 2024, demonstrating GSE's commitment to widening its capabilities and expertise across the sports and entertainment sectors:

1. Acquisition of Net Results Marketing: GSE acquired Net Results Marketing, a leading sports, culinary, and entertainment marketing company. The acquisition elevates GSE's offerings in corporate hospitality, event management, and property sales and activation, while also providing entry into culinary representation. With expertise in creating custom hospitality programs and bespoke gala events for Fortune 100 companies and representing prestigious art fairs, Net Results adds considerable value to GSE's growing portfolio.
   
   
2. Launch of Brand Consulting, Talent Procurement and Experiential Marketing Practice: Eric Liebler recently joined GSE to lead the launch of its Brand Consulting, Talent Procurement, and Experiential Marketing division. With over 25 years of experience, including roles with the Olympic Games, FIFA World Cup, and Super Bowl, Eric brings unmatched expertise in building strategic relationships between brands and talent. His addition will drive innovation and expand GSE's capabilities in this rapidly evolving sector.
   
   
3. Entry into NBA: GSE made its entry into the NBA with the creation of a new Basketball Division, led by Danny Green. With over 20 years of experience, including front-office roles with the Brooklyn Nets and Miami Heat, Danny brings deep expertise to the division. The division's first major client, Carlton "Bub" Carrington, a 2024 NBA lottery pick and rookie starter for the Washington Wizards, was selected to play in the Rising Stars Game at the 2025 NBA All-Star Weekend.
   
   
4. Expansion into Broadcasting: GSE launched a full-service broadcast representation division, led by industry veteran Brian Jacobs. Brian brings a wealth of experience to GSE and enhances its ability to provide comprehensive services to talent in the broadcasting industry and career-spanning representation for GSE's clients.

These milestones follow a strategic investment from BC Partners Credit, a foundational step in implementing GSE's ambitious growth plan. This partnership accelerates GSE's expansion by providing significant resources to execute acquisitions, recruit top-tier talent, and push into new verticals of talent, brand management and the ownership and operation of events.
