Guaranteed Home Mortgage Company Appoints Dirk Adams as New President

White Plains, N.Y., April 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Guaranteed Home Mortgage Company, Inc. (Guaranteed, www.ghmc.com), a national residential mortgage investment and banking firm, today announced it has appointed Dirk Adams as President of its organization. David Wind will remain as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Adams has held a number of senior positions in the banking and mortgage industries and has achieved phenomenal success through his unconventional and creative approach to organizational and policy issues. His role will encompass the continuing development and implementation of corporate strategy as well as enabling Guaranteed to maintain and gain market share through operational efficiencies.

Prior to joining Guaranteed, Mr. Adams held the position of Senior Vice President of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, built the mortgage division of a premier bank into a top 50 lender and served as a senior executive for a savings bank in Oakland, California for 15 years.

Mr. Adams is a graduate of Harvard Law School and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas.
