DES MOINES, Iowa, Jan. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Guide One Taylor Ball and TC3, a premier claims construction and consulting company specializing in the reconstruction of churches, schools, senior living centers, institutions and businesses, today announced that it is changing its name to GC3.

"This change represents more than just a new name," said Ken Bonus, President and CEO. "The GC3 name carries overtones of our past associations, while retaining the heritage and mission of our parent company, GuideOne Insurance. It allows us to speak to a more diverse clientele with one name and one voice.
"This change is a move to position ourselves for future growth, with an inherent promise to provide all our customers with the very best in reconstruction, claims and consulting services," he said.
While GC3 will continue to be positioned as a product under the GuideOne portfolio, it will also stand as an independent company outside of GuideOne.
Throughout this transition, the company's focus is on evolving the company culture into its own unique identity — allowing for the expansion of services into the marketplace.
"Our name and look have changed, but who we are at the core of our business remains the same. We are the same company we have always been: responsive reconstruction experts who are empathetic, passionate and determined to help victims of catastrophes," said Ken Bonus. "Whether we are working directly with victims or assisting insurance adjusters with claims consultations, our goal is always for a speedy and total recovery. We help people rebuild their worlds."
In 2013, GC3 answered 166 disaster relief calls in 28 states, impacting numerous communities.
The shift to the new name, including rebranding of services and changes to marketing materials, has already begun. GC3 has planned extensive outreach programs to their employees, customers and vendors to help chart the course of their new identity.
