DES MOINES, Iowa, Jan. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Guide One Taylor Ball and TC3, a premier claims construction and consulting company specializing in the reconstruction of churches, schools, senior living centers, institutions and businesses, today announced that it is changing its name to GC3.
